In caso di spedizione ASSICURATA e alla ricezione della merce la scatola si presenti danneggiata è necessario che il pacco venga firmato con RISERVA DI CONTROLLO, INDICANDO CHIARAMENTE IL DETTAGLIO DEL DANNO SULLA BOLLA DI CONSEGNA DEL CORRIERE. In seguito gira un video o scatta delle fotografie per determinare l’entità del danno per fini assicurativi. Si avvisa che se non si richiede esplicitamente una spedizione assicurata, in caso di danneggiamenti durante il trasporto, XtremeGame non sarà ritenuta responsabile escludendo il risarcimento danni alle componenti.

Il PC spedito, assemblato, ottimizzato e testato, gode di 24 mesi di garanzia sull’hardware. Nel momento in cui dovesse essere necessario l’intervento diretto del tecnico sul PC, il costo della spedizione sarà a carico nostro e si invita vivamente a fare una copia di backup di tutti i file. In caso di malfunzionamento non ci riterremo responsabili dell’eventuale perdita di dati dei PC inviati in assistenza.

XtremeGame si avvale di fornire assistenza tecnica a pagamento su un prodotto che riscontra una manomissione da parte del cliente. Nello specifico saranno ritenute a pagamento le rimozioni di virus, cheat, programmi di terze parti che causano problemi del PC, crack/hack, prodotti non originali. Inoltre, per questo tipo di assistenze, le spese di spedizione saranno a carico del cliente.
